Forest Leaders have access to suitable properties on which to establish forests. The team consider all vital factors including ability to harvest, access to markets, rainfall, land class, location to workforce and growth rates.
Forest Leaders will place you with other like minded investors to establish a forest for both carbon and timber in the form of a syndicate.
If your preference is for ownership of a unique property for your own investment, Forest Leaders will seek the ideal asset for your funds.
Each property will be owned by a limited liability company. Your shareholding will be the amount the individual has invested divided by the total investment.
WE LOOK FOR THE BEST RETURNS
We will only purchase properties where we feel we can give you the investor a return in excess of 12%.

Forest Leaders finds your asset and manages your investment with a straight forward management agreement. We believe in keeping things clear and simple. We only charge a per hectare fee for asset management.

ENHANCING THE LAND WE WORK
Forest Leaders will manage your asset under a rolling 5 year contract until harvest time.
We are all in it together. We will treat your investment like one of our own. That means we won’t ‘grow, plant and leave’ unmanaged permanent carbon forests, or plant on cropping land. We will never clear native forests. We don’t shirk from the hard conversations – about the environment, economy, biodiversity, global forces on our markets and we will always keep you informed of what is happening within your investment and the broader forest and carbon market.
We prefer to enhance the land we work on, to improve environmental outcomes, and reduce our carbon footprint. That’s how we roll at Forest Leaders.
